
Dr. Hance & Ms. Diallo to Teach “Regulation of Alternative Investment Funds ” at the Trinity College Law School in Dublin
Prof. Olivier Hance & Ms. Saratou Diallo, Partner and Associate with Hance Law have delivered on Thursday 29 November a guess lecture at Trinity College Law School in Dublin.
Dr. Hance & Ms. Diallo were invited to participate to the teaching of the course.
“Regulation of Alternative Investment Funds ” (LA7127) 10 ECTS” offered to LLM students and delivered by Dr. Alexandros Seretakis.

The aim of this module is to offer an introduction to the world of alternative investment funds, in particular hedge funds and private equity funds, and their regulation and equip students with a sound understanding of the business model of alternative investment funds and the regulatory regime governing them.
Against this background Olivier and Saratou had chosen to exchange a very interactive way on a quite provocative topic as their seminar dealt with :
“What are the Regulation applicable to unregulated alternative investment funds managed by registered AIFM’s ? “.
